This seminar will offer a reflection about the problematics regarding the documentation, curation and conservation of digital and multimedia artworks. Case studies will include works by Lynn Hershman Leeson, Blast Theory, Amalia Ullman, Constant Dullaart and two mixed reality installations which will be exhibited in 2020 art the Science Musee and the Natural History Museum in London. The seminar will showcase some historic documentations and discuss possible future developments.
